  • Every artwork is conceptualised and handmade with care, sent to you directly from the artists studio. We do our best to ensure that you love the artwork you purchase.

    But on the off-chance you do not, we do have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

    To be eligible for a return, your artwork must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging ready for collection. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Artworks sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    As a business that champions artists, fair-pay, and stands for sustainability we cannot offer free returns at this time. Every return costs our artist in time and money, and the environment 15 million tonnes of carbon emissions on average. We hope you will join our efforts keeping art buying sustainable for the environment and creative economy. Once your return is received and approved by our artist, we will refund the amount paid for the artwork after deducting shipping and handling fees.

    Damages and issues 
    Please inspect your order upon reception, and contact us immediately if the artwork is damaged or if you receive the wrong artwork, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We may require photographs on a case basis.  

    Exceptions / non-returnable items 
    Certain artworks cannot be returned, like commissioned (bespoke artworks created on your request) and/or customised artworks (such as special orders or personalised items), licensed and/or digital artworks, open edition prints, and those which state that they are non-returnable in their product description. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, artworks bought with promo codes or gift cards.

    Exchanges 
    We may offer exchanges on another artwork by the same artist on a case basis.

    Refunds 
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded (original amount minus any applicable deductions) on your original payment method.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

    We are a micro ethnic minority business, please be patient with us as volumes might be high during the holiday season.
